Frequently Asked Questions

We are a company that genetically engineers human embryos before birth. We are often called a "designer baby company" by the media, which is not a false claim, but the truth is a bit more detailed.

If you are someone that's thinking of having a baby, we can be involved in making sure that baby has all the traits and characteristics you'd want it to have. This includes but is not limited to gender, height, appearance, eye color, intelligence, athleticism and disease immunity. Hope that helps! Contact us for more information.

No! YouGeniX is partnered with our local sperm banks so we have plenty of high qualifying donors to choose from! There is an extra charge, but we can create a payment plan guaranteed to work for your budget!

Unfortunately, we cannot genetically edit babies that are conceived in any fashion besides IVF conducted by our geneticists. This is because the genetic editing occurs right after fertilization and before the embryo is placed inside the mother's uterus.

No we cannot, because "superpowers" are not attainable through today's conventions of genetic science. However, we can maximize your child's potential through their genetics. We can give your baby 20/5 vision, which some might call "super sight." We can also make your baby extremely athletic; by enhancing your baby's wingspan, he/she could become an amazing swimmer, or we could make your baby a great runner or football player. At YouGeniX, we specialize in maximizing the next generation's potential within their genetic boundaries.

No, YouGeniX does not provide surrogates. If you are planning to have a surrogate involved in your pregnancy, all three parties (the parents and the surrogate) will have to be present during your appointments.

The same as a human baby, nine months.
